This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is an integral, inseparable, and legally binding part of the Terms of Service and is incorporated into the Terms by reference. This AUP governs your access to and use of the Platform and Services and constitutes a binding agreement between you (referred to herein as "the Customer", "User", "you" or "your") and Convert Yazılım Limited Şirketi, a company incorporated under the laws of Türkiye, and, where applicable, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related corporations, and authorized service providers (referred to herein as "Model.store", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service. Any violation of this AUP by an End User is deemed a violation by you.
For purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy, capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Terms of Service.
1. Scope and General Principles
1.1. This policy applies to all access to and use of the Platform and Services, including all API calls, prompts, requests, model outputs, integrations, and any customer solutions that incorporate or rely on the Services.
1.2. Model.store is a platform that provides Customers with access to artificial intelligence models through an API interface. The Platform enables access to Models developed and fine-tuned by Model.store, as well as selected Models made available by Third-Party Providers such as, and not limited to, OpenAI and Google. The Platform provides a unified technical structure that allows Customers to access different Models through a single standardized infrastructure. The Services are designed to enable Customers to securely, efficiently, and scalably integrate such APIs into their own systems, products, or internal workflows.
1.3. You remain fully responsible for all data, prompts, instructions, and other content submitted through your account, as well as for all outputs generated by or derived from your use of the Services, including how such outputs are stored, published, or further processed.
1.4. You must not use the Services in any way that would cause Model.store, its affiliates, or any Third-Party Provider to be in breach of applicable law, their own policies, or regulatory requirements.
2. Illegal, Harmful, and Abusive Use
2.1. You and your End Users must not use the Platform or Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including those relating to data protection, export control, sanctions, consumer protection, financial crime, or AI safety.
2.2. You and your End Users must not generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, incites violence, or otherwise violates the rights or safety of any person or group.
2.3. You and your End Users must not generate or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, including sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, or any depiction of child abuse.
2.4. You and your End Users must not generate, upload, or distribute non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery, including synthetic media depicting real persons in sexual or compromising contexts without explicit and provable consent.
2.5. You and your End Users must not engage in harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups.
2.6. You and your End Users must not promote self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities without appropriate harm-reduction context.
3. Intellectual Property, Personality Rights, and Sensitive Data
3.1. You and your End Users must not infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or database rights.
3.2. You and your End Users must not generate or use content that imitates or misuses third-party brands, logos, trade dress, product designs, or copyrighted characters in a manner likely to cause confusion, imply sponsorship, or infringe rights without demonstrable permission.
3.3. You and your End Users must not create synthetic media or deepfakes that imitate an identifiable person without provable and legally valid consent.
3.4. You and your End Users must not submit or process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws, including data processed without a lawful basis or without required disclosures or transfer safeguards.
3.5. You and your End Users must not submit or process special categories of personal data, including health data or biometric data, unless clearly permitted under applicable law and supported by appropriate consents and safeguards.
4. High-Risk and Regulated Uses
4.1. You and your End Users must not rely on the Services as the sole or primary system for medical diagnosis, treatment, triage, or decisions that may affect health or physical safety.
4.2. You and your End Users must not rely on the Services for legal, financial, tax, investment, or regulatory advice where professional qualifications are required or where reliance may cause material harm.
4.3. You and your End Users must not use the Services in critical infrastructure, emergency response, weapons systems, or environments where malfunction may result in death, injury, or substantial property damages.
4.4. You and your End Users must not use the Services for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without required human oversight and transparency.
4.5. If you use the Services in regulated or high-risk contexts, you must implement human review, validation, and control and remain solely responsible for outcomes.
5. Security, Abuse, and Technical Misuse
5.1. You and your End Users must not bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or other access controls.
5.2. You and your End Users must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or related networks without prior written consent.
5.3. You and your End Users must not develop or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, exploits, or code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
5.4. You and your End Users must not generate excessive or abusive volumes of automated traffic or degrade system performance.
5.5. You and your End Users must not engage in credential attacks, scraping of confidential information, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.
5.6. You and your End Users must not manipulate billing, Credits, or usage metrics, including by spoofing traffic or simulating usage to obtain financial benefit.
6. Use of Outputs and Model Behaviour
6.1. Output Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on or publishing them.
6.2. You must not use outputs in a manner that misleads others about their nature or origin, including presenting AI-generated content as human-generated where doing so may deceive or cause harm.
6.3. You must not use the Services to train or improve competing platforms or models that provide substantially similar functionality unless expressly authorized in writing by Model.store.
6.4. You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or manipulate safety systems, content filters, or policy enforcement mechanisms.
7. End Users and Third-Party Providers
7.1. You are responsible for ensuring that End Users comply with this policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable Third-Party Provider policies.
7.2. Where a Third-Party Provider imposes additional restrictions, you must comply with both sets of terms. Where they conflict, the stricter requirement applies.
7.3. You must implement contractual and technical measures within your Customer Solutions to prevent End-User misuse.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
8.1. Model.store may monitor use of the Services to detect security issues, abuse, or policy violations.
8.2. Model.store may, without notice and without liability, revoke API keys, block traffic, restrict access to certain Models, suspend or terminate accounts, or report violations to Third-Party Providers or authorities.
8.3. Enforcement decisions may be based on confidential risk assessments or obligations that cannot be fully disclosed. You waive objections based solely on nondisclosure of internal rationale.
8.4. No suspension or termination under this policy creates an obligation to refund fees or Credits.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1. You bear full responsibility and liability for all data, prompts, inputs, instructions, requests, model outputs, and other content submitted, generated, transmitted, or used through your account, whether performed by you or your End Users.
9.2. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your End Users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Any breach, misuse, or prohibited activity undertaken by an End User shall be deemed a breach by you.
9.3. You acknowledge that Model.store is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, safety, reliability, or appropriateness of any content or model outputs generated or used through the Services. You assume all risks arising from your reliance on or use of any such content or outputs and remain solely responsible for any consequences arising from their publication, modification, storage, or further processing.
9.4. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Model.store, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, authorized service providers, and any entity acting as merchant of record or reseller for Model.store, together with their respective personnel, from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, regulatory actions, and costs including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:
9.4.1. Your use of the Platform or Services;
9.4.2. your publication, distribution, reliance on, or further processing of model outputs or other content;
9.4.3. any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service;
9.4.4. any violation of applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and personality rights;
9.4.5. any act or omission of your End Users.
9.4.6. any dispute, chargeback, complaint, or regulatory inquiry arising from transactions processed through an entity acting as merchant of record or reseller on behalf of Model.store.
9.5. Model.store, its affiliates, or any merchant of record or reseller may, at their discretion and at your expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification under this Section. You may not settle or resolve any such matter without the prior written consent of Model.store or the relevant merchant of record or reseller, as applicable.
9.6. This Acceptable Use Policy supplements, and does not limit, replace, or restrict any indemnification, warranty disclaimer, or limitation of liability provisions contained in the Terms of Service. In the event of overlap, the stricter provision shall apply to the extent permitted by law.
9.7. All obligations under this Section survive termination, suspension, or expiration of your access to the Platform or Services.
10. Changes to this Policy
10.1. Model store may update this policy at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform.
10.2. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing and relying on the current version.
